A new system,
sized right.
The most expensive mistake in a Florida AC install is not the brand you choose. It is buying a system that is too big for the house — and almost nobody tells you that before they sell it.
Bigger is not better here
In our climate, an oversized system cools the air fast, satisfies the thermostat, and shuts off before it has run long enough to pull the humidity out. The house hits the set temperature and still feels clammy. The unit switches on and off all day, which wears out compressors and drives the power bill up.
We size the system to the house — square footage, ceiling height, insulation, window exposure, ductwork condition and how you actually live in it. Then we recommend equipment, not before.
What the installation includes
- Full evaluation of the existing ductwork — a new system on bad ducts is a new system that underperforms
- Removal and responsible disposal of the old equipment
- Permits and inspection handled by us
- New line set connections, proper evacuation and charge to manufacturer specification
- Drain line, float switch and electrical brought up to standard
- Startup, airflow verification and a walkthrough of how to run it
- Manufacturer warranty registered in your name before we leave
The warranty detail most people miss: manufacturer warranties generally require documented annual maintenance. If the system is never serviced, a compressor claim can be denied years later. Our maintenance plans exist partly to keep that paperwork clean.
Brands and options
We install premium equipment across the main manufacturers, and we will walk you through the real differences between tiers — efficiency rating, compressor type, warranty length and what each actually returns on a South Florida power bill. Some upgrades pay for themselves here. Others do not, and we will say so.
Financing
A system replacement is rarely planned. Financing is available so a failure in August does not become a decision you regret, and the current promotion takes up to $1,000 off a new installation. See current promotions for the terms.
Installed like it is our own
The owner is on the job. Not a crew subcontracted out and never seen again — the same person who quoted the work is the person who installs it and the person you call if anything needs attention afterward.
