Commercial HVAC,
on your schedule.
When a unit goes down in a business, the cost is not the repair. It is the customers who leave, the staff who cannot work, and the day you do not get back.
Who we work with
We service commercial systems up to 20 tons — split systems, package units and rooftop equipment. That covers most of the small and mid-sized businesses across Broward and Miami-Dade.
Restaurants
Kitchen heat loads punish equipment, and a dining room that is too warm empties out fast. We work around service hours, not through them.
Offices
Comfort complaints are productivity problems. Zoning issues, uneven cooling and aging rooftop units are the usual causes.
Churches
Large volume, used intermittently, and expected to be comfortable the moment people arrive. That is a different problem than a building running all day.
Retail
Customers stay longer in a comfortable store. Doors opening all day makes that harder than it sounds.
We work when you are closed
Scheduled work happens outside your operating hours whenever the job allows — early mornings, evenings, or the day you are dark. And for the failures that will not wait, we keep real after-hours emergency availability.
Service contracts
The businesses we serve longest are on maintenance contracts, for a simple reason: a rooftop unit that gets inspected twice a year rarely fails in the middle of a Friday dinner service.
- Predictable annual cost instead of surprise capital expenses
- Priority response when something does go wrong
- Scheduled around your calendar, documented after every visit
- Member pricing on any repair that comes up
Details and what each visit covers are on the maintenance plans page.
One point of contact. You will not be handed between a dispatcher, a salesperson and a technician who has never seen your building. You deal with the owner — the same person every time, who already knows your equipment.
Larger projects
I am at the front of every job. But I do not work alone. For projects that need more hands or specialized scope, we bring in a trusted network of partners — people we have worked with and vouch for — while I stay responsible for the work and remain your point of contact from start to finish.
If you are not sure whether your project fits, ask. If it is not something we should take on, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
Let's talk about your building
Tell us what equipment you have and how the space is used. We will give you a straight assessment.
