AC Repair,
diagnosed first.

When your AC quits in Florida heat, waiting is not an option. We find the actual cause before quoting a repair — because replacing the wrong part twice costs you more than doing it right once.

We diagnose before we quote

Most of the calls we get are from people who already paid someone else. A part was replaced, the invoice was paid, and a week later the same problem came back — because nobody looked for what caused the part to fail in the first place.

A capacitor that burns out twice in one season is not a bad capacitor. It is a symptom. We look for the cause, explain what we find, and let you decide with the full picture in front of you.

What usually fails in South Florida

Our climate is unusually hard on equipment: systems run most of the year, humidity is constant, and coastal air corrodes metal. These are the failures we see most often:

Capacitors and contactors

The most common no-cool call. Cheap parts, but they fail early when the system is straining for another reason.

Clogged drain lines

Humidity means constant condensation. A blocked line backs up, trips the float switch, and shuts the system down — or floods a ceiling.

Refrigerant leaks

Low refrigerant is never "just low". It leaked somewhere. Topping it off without finding the leak is renting a repair, not making one.

Frozen evaporator coil

Usually airflow or refrigerant. Ice on the line is the symptom; the cause is upstream.

Blower motors

Years of runtime and dust. When airflow drops, everything downstream works harder.

Electrical and controls

Corroded connections, failed relays, thermostats reading wrong. Often the cheapest fix — if someone actually checks.

How a service call works

  • You talk to the technician, not a call center. The person who answers is the person who shows up.
  • We inspect the whole system — indoor unit, outdoor unit, electrical, airflow and drainage — not just the part that is obviously broken.
  • You get the diagnosis in plain language, with photos when it helps you see what we are seeing.
  • You approve the price before any work starts. If the repair changes once we open the system, we stop and tell you first.

After-hours emergencies: we keep real emergency availability for the nights and weekends when a failure cannot wait. Your comfort is the priority — not our schedule.

All brands, one standard

We service every major brand. The equipment in your home does not change how carefully we work on it.

And whatever we find, you get the same thing: an honest explanation, a fair price, and work we stand behind. If the honest answer is that a repair is not worth it on a system near the end of its life, we will tell you that too — see replacement options before you spend money on a system that will fail again next season.
